Business problems

Your business may be working harder than it needs to.

Most SME improvements are not about chasing trends. They come from seeing where time, attention and money are already leaking.

Revenue opportunities are being missed

Leads, repeat purchases, upsells or follow-ups can fall through the cracks when the customer journey is unclear.

Staff repeat work that could be simplified or automated

Manual admin, duplicated data entry and unclear handovers quietly reduce capacity and consistency.

Marketing activity is not producing enough enquiries

Content, SEO, ads or social activity may be busy but disconnected from a clear offer and enquiry path.

Costs and operational inefficiencies are difficult to see

Small frictions in stock, staffing, software, processes or communication can add up before they appear in reports.

Business data exists but is not being used properly

Useful decisions become harder when data is scattered, inconsistent or not turned into simple performance views.

AI feels promising, but nobody knows what is genuinely useful

The risk is not being behind the curve. It is spending money or team energy on tools that do not solve a real problem.

Commercial website builds

A website built around the job it needs to do.

I design responsive business websites that make the offer clearer, support search visibility and give visitors an obvious next step. The scope, price and delivery window are matched to the size and complexity of the project rather than forcing every business into one template.

Small project

Focused one-page or campaign website

Typical delivery: 1–2 weeks

For a clear service, event, offer or lead-generation campaign that needs one strong, focused page.

  • Responsive one-page design
  • Clear calls to action and enquiry route
  • On-page SEO foundations
  • Contact details, forms and trust content
Standard project

Multi-page business website

Typical delivery: 2–5 weeks

For an established business needing a stronger online presence, clearer services and room to grow.

  • Structured service and supporting pages
  • Mobile-first layout and conversion path
  • Technical and on-page SEO setup
  • Analytics and indexing setup where agreed
Larger project

Catalogue, booking or ecommerce website

Typical delivery: 4–8+ weeks

For projects involving products, collections, bookings, payments, delivery rules or third-party integrations.

  • Store, catalogue or booking functionality
  • Delivery, collection and payment setup
  • Up to 50 initial items where included in scope
  • Complex integrations quoted separately
Delivery times are estimates, not one-size-fits-all promises. The confirmed schedule depends on page count, custom functionality, ecommerce or booking requirements, integrations, the amount of content supplied, revision rounds, approval speed and current project commitments. The timeline begins once the deposit and essential content or access have been received.

Choose how the website is owned and supported

  • Client-owned build: from £1,495, with the domain, hosting and agreed platform accounts held in your name wherever possible.
  • Managed setup and launch: from £1,895, where I handle the agreed technical setup and launch services.
  • Ongoing management: completely optional and available from £90 per month after any support period included in your written quote.
  • Handover: a client-owned project can be completed, signed off and handed over without an ongoing management commitment.

Three-stage payment option

Eligible builds can be split into three clearly defined project payments rather than one full upfront charge.

1. DepositSecures the project and starts discovery, structure and design.
2. Launch-readyDue when the agreed build is complete and ready for final checks.
3. Sign-offDue after final approval, before handover or completion.

What is normally included

  • Commercial page structure and responsive design
  • Clear calls to action, contact routes and enquiry forms
  • Basic technical and on-page SEO foundations
  • Cookie, privacy and legal-page structure where required
  • Testing across common screen sizes and modern browsers
  • Launch support and agreed handover guidance

What I need from the client

  • Logo, brand colours and any existing brand guidelines
  • Accurate service or product information and price lists
  • Images, testimonials, contact details and business policies
  • Delivery, collection, booking or payment requirements
  • Required legal or compliance wording
  • Timely feedback, approvals and account access where needed

Content and assets can be supplied during the early build stages, but missing or late material may move the delivery date.
